What an awesome opportunity I had this past weekend to photograph one of my previous wedding couple’s newborn baby! Matt & Molly were married in April of 2008 and I was there to capture their beautiful ceremony and reception. A few months before that I went to their house to do family pictures of them and their troop of family dogs. (Glad you didn’t ask to include the bunny & snakes guys!)
Last week on Groundhog’s Day (the day before my son’s first birthday) Matt & Molly welcomed their first child into the family. Via Facebook, while still at the hospital, they set up their son’s first professional portrait session for Superbowl Sunday. Little Sully was so sweet and I do have to say the most alert and active newborn I’ve ever taken pictures of! He was a delight and I am so happy for their family! 🙂
